Mia helped us find and lease the perfect retail storefront for our new business.  Our criteria were very specific and our timeline was very short, but we were open to exploring potential locations from southern Dade County through central Broward County.  Mia provided us not only with addresses meticulously culled from timely databank listings, but also visited and physically inspected neighborhoods we identified for which no listings appeared online.  On the several properties we decided to pursue, Mia went the extra mile and checked with the local zoning departments before we submitted an offer to make sure our business could operate without first obtaining a variance.  Thanks to Mia’s expertise, we successfully concluded an exhaustive search within our abbreviated time frame.

10  - She was very knowledgeable, professional and most of all very accessible to our needs.  Before we met Mia, we were working with other real estate agents here in South Florida.  There was never an agent that met our high standards of professionalism and reliability.  When we met Mia Marchand we knew that she was going to work well with us.  We are not very committed to Mia Marchand for all our Real Estate needs.

10 ..we already are referring Mia.  There is nobody else as far as we are concerned.  Coming from New York and having bought and sold more than 12 homes in my life I know a professional real estate agent.  I want my friends to be happy with who I refer.  I know I can count on Mia to do the best job for anyone she works with.  Mia always goes above and beyond the call of duty.  She is 24/7 available and certainly does her homework.
